I build and lead multidisciplinary creative teams that deliver large-scale cultural, government and institutional projects - three editions of the Saudi Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia, Desert X AlUla, FAME: Andy Warhol in AlUla, the Islamic Arts Biennale, and Saudi Arabia's cultural presence at Expo 2025 Osaka.
Of 100+ competitive pitches led, 53 became wins and 47 became live projects. The Incense Road Experience in AlUla took Best Art and Culture Event at the Saudi Event Awards 2025. I also lead the practical adoption of AI-assisted production - real tools, real workflows, not slideware.
Bilingual Arabic-English design. Fluent between ministries and makers, curators and fabricators.
